All of our prices are listed below and will always be available for customers upfront.

We believe that our treatments to help you reach your goals should be individualized, but our prices should not.

Freedom Physio Individual Visit Rates

Initial Evaluation (60 Minutes)- $125

Return Visit (60 Minutes)- $100

Return Visit (30 Minutes)- $75

Freedom Physio Visit Package Rates

1 Evaluation + 4 Visit Bundle

1 Evaluation + 6 Visit Bundle - 5% Off

1 Evaluation + 8 Visit Bundle - 10% Off

Concierge Services

Mobile concierge services may be provided for an additional fee.

Accepted Payment Methods

Freedom Physio accepts Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Savings Accounts (HSA), all major credit cards, Venmo, checks, and/or cash payments.

As an out-of-network provider, we do not accept payment through insurance at this time.
